Watershed is pleased to embark on a building tune up program for a large Canadian residential landlord. The tune up program targets large apartment buildings and aims at improving tenant comfort while reducing energy and water consumption.
This program is slated to continue into 2010, and involves water efficiency measures such as toilet re-tuning, flapper replacement, aerator and showerhead retrofits, and leak detection. Energy efficiency measures include lighting retrofits, HVAC re-tuning, and envelope measures such as renewal of weather-stripping and door sweeps and comprehensive building sealing. Generally speaking, apartment buildings present a wealth of opportunities for energy and water efficiency improvements. Contact us if you’d like to learn more about our building tune-up services.
